I finally worked out how I wanted to do the story and have written the first two chapters. Since, Odd's Let's Play was my intro to him, his channel, and XCOM 2, I now think of all my soldiers in XCOM 2 based on this Let's Play. I wanted to challenge myself with writing a story with the uniqueness of writing it from a game Let's Play.
This won't be my first time writing a fan-fiction, as I have written four complete novel length fan-fictions based on How to Train Your Dragon. I have started something I have been wanting to do for a while: Write a fan-fiction of Odd's First Class of XCOM 2. I wanted to broaden and challenge my writing skills, so I decided to do something unique.
